THE AUTHOR
Femi Owa holds degrees in English Language from the Universities of Ilorin and Lagos, Nigeria, with a focus on African Literature and Philosophy. He began his career as a Reporter at The Guardian newspaper, in Lagos, and later worked as a Researcher/Writer at Polcom Press, a Lagos-based publishing outfit specializing in political communications, both between 1991 and 1997.
Femi’s professional experience encompasses teaching, journalism, research, and publishing. He taught English Grammar and Literature in several colleges and a first-generation prestigious seminary in Nigeria, refining his language expertise.
In 1997, Femi Owa founded Prime Images Publishing, a Lagos-based media research, publishing, and printing company. Through Prime Images, he has published his own books, others, and provided support to emerging writers and authors, helping them navigate the publishing industry.
